Driving DirectionsBend can be approached form all four directions. Please note however that when coming from the west, you will be curving around and be entering the city from the north. Subsequently, directions will be addressed either from the north, south or east. Bend is situated on the banks of the Deschutes River. A beautiful surrounding in the high deserts of Central Oregon. To the north of Bend is the city of Redmond. A small county town with more lakes close at hand and plenty of hiking trails. West of Bend sits the wester town of Sisters. With the feel of the old west, Sisters offers shops galore.
